All the merchandise is brand new with tags, packaged in the dust/poly bags or boxes with brand logo. Some have care cards, serial numbers and/or certificates. Origin countries of production vary. Some items have tag slit as per store instruction to avoid return to store. (ex: Victoria Secret)

Return Policy
All our designer merchandise is GUARANTEED brand new with tags and packaged with the logo. Considering the costly international shipping fee on both sides of us and the recipient, possible damage in transit back and forth, and by the wholesale/liquidation industry norm, we are not responsible for damage done in transit. However we are more than happy to exchange items for credit or different size.
About Shipping
We're responsible for international air shipping globally which NORMALLY arrives in around 15-25 days due to the distance from us and the accessibility of your location to the local delivery post office. We arrange to ship within 2 days of receiving the full payment and notify customers the shipping details, not counting the time for us to collect customer's confirmation of his shipping address. No sales tax! No hidden cost!
We package EVERY item as carefully as possible and insure against EVERY package, but we can't guarantee there's never one error once they're out of our hand, eg., we can't interfere with whether customs checkpoints handle packages gently. In the VERY RARE case, once the package doesn't arrive around the expected time, the useful suggestion is that the recipient report the tracking number that we sent you to the local postal office to check its status as the global postal services share the communal tracking system. Our duty is trying our best to work with our delivery post office to find out the problem and get it right, but not held accountable for the damage or loss in transit.
